Being a Los Angeles pianist is a blast! And I’ve certainly been making some majorly awesome (sound) waves recently.
Last week…Monday at the Parkway Grill 6-10 pm. I played solo piano for a wonderful evening of cool. A mix of current songs, classics, and
random pop songs from the past 50 years.
And then on Tuesday after visiting my senior living buddies at the Regency Astoria in Pasadena i headed out to The Pacific Palms Resort and played under the stars for an evening of major beauty and fun.
And…New Los Angeles Pianist Videos…
Then, Wednesday I spent a large part of the day working on some new videos to post on Facebook and Youtube.
There’s one. Then….
Thursday: A lesson…and a crazy great gig with a quartet in Burbank…playing standards and Rock tunes and all kinds of whatever we could dazzle the crowd with…and an evening of 2 fun lessons then a 3 hour session with Lattie Latoya an upcoming songwriter in the Los Angeles area.
Next…Friday…more video editing and production followed by Citrus Plaza in Redlands at night 6-8pm followed by a new venue called Triple 8 Chinese Bistro downtown. 10-1am whew!
And this is the next video I posted…
Saturday I was up early to play for my senior buddies in Burbank and then a later gig for a Birthday Party at the Knolltown Country Club.
Finally….Sunday early appointment where I played for a church service at 11 am. Followed by a recording/editing session for my friend Sylvan’s new EP. Stay tuned by the way! : )
Then…and really finally Larsen’s Valencia where I do the honors every Sunday night. And what a great crowd…! : )
It was a great super creativity Los Angeles pianist week..and the only thing I can imagine better….could be…the new week..!!. : )
